3. Some activities must be booked in advance & are strictly subject to availability. Some bookings may not be accepted on certain days. Attractions/venues reserve the right to charge full price if you have not pre-booked or you have a photocopy or defaced voucher.
4. The duration & contents of an activity may vary from venue to venue.
5. The 2 for 1 offer is applicable to the lowest priced member of the party i.e. 2 adults - 1 adult goes free, 1 adult 1 child – child goes free when accompanied by a full paying adult. Selected attractions require the purchase of a book of tickets/wristband with a corresponding book of ticket/wristband given free of charge. Certain venues require two people to participate in an activity at the same time.
6. Kids Go Free - One voucher entitles a child free entry when accompanied by an adult paying the full admission price.
7. 3 for 2 - One voucher entitles a child free entry when accompanied by 2 adults paying the full admission price.
8. Some activities will require a certain level of health, fitness & ability. Please ask when booking. If you have a medical condition please consult your doctor before participating. Participants should be warned that participating in certain activities would make certain personal insurance null & void. Some activities may require a waiver form being signed before participation. Some activities may have a minimum & maximum age & other restrictions. People under the age of eighteen may have to provide proof of age. Please check when booking.
9. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
10. Each attraction/venue has confirmed its willingness to participate in this promotion at the time of going to press. The promoter cannot be held responsible for any attraction/venue subsequently declining acceptance of the voucher for reasons of their own.
11. Photocopies will not be accepted & vouchers cannot be transferred. No cash alternatives will be offered.
12. The eligible age may differ at each attraction/venue.
13. Height restrictions may apply at certain attractions/venues.
14. No liability can be accepted for personal loss or injury at featured attractions. Any dispute must be settled directly with the attraction/venue. Venues provide their own public liability insurance. Individuals may take out their own private insurance.
15. Offer not valid during bank holiday weekends.

18. Occasionally new employees may not be familiar with our contracted agreement with the attraction. If this occurs inform the manager.
19. Take Time Out & any associated partner/promoter shall not be liable for any failure or breach by individual attractions/venues & accept no responsibility for any loss or injury suffered by any participant of this promotion.
